The Business Office is responsible for the overall accounting and reconciliation of University and student accounts. We help students by:
- Accepting tuition payments
- Creating payment plans
- Clarifying eBill account activity, 1098-Ts, and Financial Holds
- Answering questions about refunds

Important to Know
OFFICE HOURS: Call or visit in person Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Hawaii Standard Time (closed during university holidays). Cashiers accept cash and check payments between the hours of 8:30am - 4:00pm.

WHEN IS TUITION DUE?
For Summer 2023, tuition is due Monday, April 24th, 2023. For Fall 2023, tuition is due Monday, August 14th, 2023.
- Tuition deadlines are always before the start of each semester. Official dates are published in HPU's Academic Calendar.
- Students are responsible for paying tuition less any anticipated financial aid, scholarships, loans, military benefits, discounts, or other aid and benefits in full by the tuition due date, or be enrolled in a payment plan before this date. A payment plan will spread the cost into more manageable monthly installments.
